What's included in the free trial?
When you publish, your 14-day free trial includes every feature of your plan, custom domain connection included. Build for free first with no card; the trial and its first charge only begin when you go live.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. No penalties, no contracts.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account. During the trial, canceling means you’re never charged and your site returns to a private draft. On a paid plan, you keep full access through the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, and your domain is always yours.
Do I need technical skills?
Not at all. Describe what you want in plain English, and our AI builds it. Need a change? Just tell us. No code, no design tools.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every plan includes custom domain connection at no extra charge, and you can connect your domain as soon as you publish. If you need a new domain, we can help you register one. Registration fees apply (typically $12 to $20 per year) and are separate from your SmashWebs plan.
