The Challenge
Millennium Plaza is a Class A commercial office building located along Omaha’s West Dodge corridor, one of the city’s most active commercial real estate markets. The building offers modern amenities, flexible floor plans, and a prime location, but its previous website did almost nothing to communicate any of that.
The old site was visually outdated, difficult to navigate on mobile devices, and lacked the kind of detailed property information that prospective tenants and their brokers expect when evaluating commercial office space. In a competitive leasing market where first impressions often happen online, the website was actively working against the building’s leasing efforts.
The property management team needed a site that could function as a digital brochure, something a leasing agent could send to a prospect and feel confident it would make a strong impression. Available spaces are presented with clear square footage ranges, floor plan options, and a straightforward inquiry form. We eliminated friction from the leasing inquiry process. A prospect can go from landing on the site to submitting their space requirements in under sixty seconds. This matters because commercial real estate decisions often involve multiple stakeholders, and the easier it is to share property information and express interest, the more likely a prospect is to take the next step.
Local SEO was a key part of the engagement.
